We charge a one-off onboarding fee that covers discovery, playbook build, agent training and QA sign-off, then a monthly fee per agent or per ticket, depending on the model that suits you. What contract terms do you offer?
We work on standard service agreements that give both sides the certainty needed to invest in quality. Terms are tailored to your team size and ramp-up, with clear notice periods so you can flex capacity as your business changes. Are your agents UK-based?
